The school explores the use of IT to aid in the PBL processes. One such use of technology can be seen in the development of the Peer Assessment Portal. Developed by Major Project students under the guidance of their supervisor, the Peer Assessment Portal automates the process of conducting peer assessment, and takes away the tedium and extra time needed when conducting it manually.

As peer assessment encourages students to focus on peer learning and group skills, the peer assessment portal serves to provide students with an added avenue to give and receive feedback to and from their team mates in a faster, and more convenient and effective manner.

It also serves as an instrument to provide facilitators with a better gauge of students’ contributions within their groups. The peer assessment portal thus helps to enhance PBL implementation and processes within the school.
