HSS deploys a 3-phase approach to the adoption and implementation of PBL:

Phase 1 involves training on PBL fundamentals for all academic staff.

Phase 2 involves experimentation with PBL on a readiness basis.

Phase 3 involves adoption of PBL.

To further the adoption of PBL in HSS, all academic staff will be trained to a level of competency specified by TCPBL. HSS management supports staff to attend PBL-related workshops, seminars and knowledge sharing sessions within TP or from external course providers.
