Key Drivers
 The major players driving PBL in the School of Engineering under the ENG-PBL framework are Mr Wong Kia Ngee, Ms Wee May Lin and Ms Patricia Tia. Their role is to develop a framework using PBL as a methodology and to implement it in the Temasek Engineering School. They have also put in place PBL assessment guidelines, identified the training needs of staff and implemented a PBL process for staff training.
Temasek Engineering School’s Associate Consultant for PBL is Ms Serene Wan, who is also a TP Learning Academy Associate. Her role involves identifying the training needs of Engineering staff and PBL research activities.
Besides the Associate Consultant, there are also PBL Diploma representatives assisting with identifying training needs and mentoring staff who are teaching PBL subjects.
