| Key Drivers The implementation of PBL across the Business School is an initiative driven by the respective diploma Course Manager (CM). Each diploma team is committed to support and develop the PBL initiative as a central pedagogy for developing process skills as well as knowledge content in the students who are trained to meet the challenges of a knowledge-based economy. Students are trained to see that change is a constant and that mindset changes to match and meet the challenges of the 21-century are well within their sphere of influence. The respective CMs and their diploma teams support the movement into PBL as a central pedagogy. In addition, the Thinking Task Force members also drive the PBL initiative together with the Associate Consultants (ACs) appointed by the School.
