The work place is ever changing. The advancement in information, communication and technology results in a rapid pace of change and an influx of information available anytime, anywhere. As a consequence, the life cycle of knowledge becomes shorter. Given the importance of lifelong learning, how do we plan and conduct relevant training programs for our workers?
